HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A FANS ACCOUNT? IS IT WORTH IT?

  • The Basics:

    • Wait for the enrollment period to be announced. It’s usually at the beginning of the year (January). Check official social media accounts for the announcement.

    • Create an account on the ticketing platform (previously has been YES24) but may change this year to be on the FANS app.

    • Purchase the official membership kit (there may be tiers of membership) and be sure to use your real name as it appears on your ID.

    • Download the FANS app on your mobile device or log in on the FANS app website.

    • Verify your membership - go to the Stray Kids page, locate membership (under your profile), enter your name and reservation number, and agree to activate your membership.

HOW DO YOU SIGN UP FOR BUBBLE?

  • The Basics

    • Download the JYP app to your mobile device.

    • Register for an account.

    • Purchase “tickets” for the members you want to message.

    • Things to note:

      • You can set the translation to your preferred language.

      • You are limited to 3 messages and then must wait til the member messages again.

      • Your characters are limited by how long you’ve been on the app. You start with 30 characters per message, and then it goes up (50 days = 50 characters, 77 days = 77 characters, 100 days - 100 characters, etc.)

      • Certain words or parts of words are not permitted in the app. It will alert you if you use any and you will have to revise your message in order to post it.

CAN YOU SEND FAN MAIL TO STRAY KIDS?

Yes, but only letters, not gifts, and there is no guarantee they will see them.
